Spring officially starts this month, and every day is closer to warmer weather, green grass and new life. While spring seems far away from southeastern Wisconsin right now, there are some great spring maintenance tips to keep in mind as the weather warms up. After snow melts or heavy rains, inspect your basement walls for signs of moisture. Consider running a portable dehumidifier to get rid of any excess wetness.
Examine roof shingles to see if any were lost or damaged during winter. If it’s time to replace your roof, now is a great time to start budgeting for one.
