We are pleased to announce the ground breaking for a brand new Shorewest office located on the corner of S. 68th Street and W. Layton Ave. in Greenfield.
The new office will total 7,800 sq. feet and is designed with a mixture of glass and Aluminum Composite Metal. It gives the building a very sleek and polished feel with an overall transparency to the office areas and meeting rooms. More than 50 local Shorewest agents and the office manager, Tina Balaka will relocate to the new building when completed.
“A complex weave of the materials will be used for today’s intelligent community and is sure to serve the generations to come,” says William H. Conine, senior project manager of the new building through Perspective Design, Inc.
One of the key features is that the building will follow the light. A unique two-story glass tower will showcase the Shorewest logo and also serves as a distinctive building icon during the day and a tower of light at night.
“We are extremely excited for the opening of this new office,” says Joe Horning, President of Shorewest. “It will provide for sizeable growth in this Shorewest office and for our clients and team to have a vibrant, modern workspace to conduct business.”
