Shorewest, REALTORS® is honored to have been ranked highly among top producing real estate companies country-wide. Shorewest has been awarded 31^st place for closed transactions in ranking the performance of residential real estate services firms nationwide from the 2016 REAL Trends 500. Shorewest is also included in the Top 500 national ranking of real estate brokerage firms in RISMedia’s 28^th Annual Power Broker Report. The company reported 12,481 closed residential transactions in 2015, and a total sales volume of $2,661,581,000. They are the #1 Power Broker in Wisconsin.

The REAL Trends 500 study, now in its 29th year, remains the undisputed leader in ranking the performance of residential real estate services firms. Rankings are produced in several ways. Recognizing that realty services firms do more than broker housing transactions, we continue to emphasize the addition of core services such as mortgage, title insurance, escrow, property/casualty insurance and other types of products related to the real estate process.

Power Broker Report is based on responses to RISMedia’s 2016 Power Broker Survey, distributed in early January. More than 1,600 real estate firms from across the country completed the Power Broker Survey. Now in its 28^th year, the Power Broker Report has long honored the incredible business feats of remarkable real estate leaders—and brokerage firms—who continue to shape our industry. Each April, RISMedia’s Real Estate magazine highlights the Top 500 Power Broker firms according to sales volume and transactions.
