You'll likely find you don't need to search any further, you will want to work with Melissa! tMelissa is extremely knowledgeable in her profession. Some realtors work part-time, or as a side job. Melissa went to school to learn and earn degrees in her profession. She is a full-time real estate advisor, and it is her passion! tMelissa's extensive knowledge of contracts, laws, negotiations, etc., comes not only from her schooling; her hands-on experience is also impressive. She knows properties. While walking through homes to buy, she pointed out both pros AND cons. She has a quick eye for scouting interiors and exteriors of homes. This was helpful to me, personally, as she shared information about things I wouldn't have known to ask about or look at. tMelissa is friendly, professional, ethical, patient, and down to earth. She communicates clearly and responds promptly. tMelissa has contacts! This took a lot of pressure off, and we believe it made the process smoother. tWith Melissa, we felt we could be ourselves and we never felt pressured to act on anything we weren't ready for. We're now living in a wonderful home that we love and get to wake up in every morning... and I want to say thank you to Melissa for that, as I believe wholeheartedly, she was the facilitator needed to make it all come together. Melissa was the best realtor I could have imagined. We had a tough buying process involving multiple negotiations with a difficult seller and she was very calm and collected through the whole thing. Much more than I was at least! I recommend her to everyone now. I wouldn't even consider going with anyone else.

Melissa was fantastic from first meeting to closing. I had a rough go with my first mortgage lender, and she went to bat for me with the seller's agent, keeping me in the game for the house I wanted (and ended up with) while we struggled through not one but two more lenders. Melissa showed me several houses/duplexes, gave me her honest opinion, and helped me through each step of the process. She always had a smile on her face, and a text with updates both positive and negative. We tracked houses as they sold, and enjoyed our time together. Truly a lifesaver as I bought as a single female!!! Highly recommended, 8 stars if possible!!!
